All those candidates who are seeking admission in this college in intermediate part I year pre-medical, pre-engineering, Computer science and Humanities/Arts are hereby notified to apply online through www.admission.hed.gkp.com according to the following schedule.

Note: Online admission will be verified after submission of fee PRs 100 Per form through Jazz Cash.

• Online apply from 09^th to 20^th Aug, 2024.
• Last date for submission of application processing fee PRs. 100/- per application is 20^th Aug 2024 through Jazz Cash.
• Test for Hafiz Ul Quran, 21^th Aug, 2024.
• Display of 1^st Merit list, 22^nd Aug, 2024.
• Interview and submission of fee for 1^st merit List, 22^nd to 23^rd Aug, 2024.
• Display of 2^nd Merit list, 24^th Aug, 2024.
• Interview and submission of fee for 2^nd merit List, 24^th to 26^th Aug, 2024.
• Display of 3^rd Merit List, 27^th Aug, 2024.
• Interview and submission of fee for 3^rd Merit List, 27^th Aug, 2024.
• Left over students admission from 1^st, 2^nd & 3^rd merit lists and submission of fee on 28^th Aug, 2024, (subject to the availability of seats).

MERITORIOUS

• Online apply from 27^th to 28^th Aug, 2024.
• Last date for application processing fee PRs. 100/- per application is 29^th Aug, 2024 through Jazz Cash.
• Test for Hafiz Ul Quran, 29^th Aug 2024.
• Display of Merit list, 30^th Aug, 2024.
• Interview and submission of fee for meritorious students on 02^nd Sep, 2024.

TRIAL SCHEDULE FOR ADMISSION FOR SPORTS QUOTA

• Sports Trials: Cricket, Football, and Badminton on 31^st Aug, 2024.
• Sports merit list and fee submission 03^rd Sep, 2024.

Orientation/Welcome Ceremony on 04^th Sep, 2024.

THE STUDENT MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS ON ADMISSION TIME.

1. Verified online admission form (after submission of PRs 100/- the form will be auto verified).
2. Photo copy of SSC DMC (Attested).
3. Three passport size photos (white background) (Attested).
4. Photo copy of Character Certificate from last attended institute (Attested).
5. Domicile Photo copy (Attested).
6. CNIC/Form B/Father’s CNIC (Attested).
7. Quota Certificate i.e. Sport, Hafiz Quran, Employee’s Son & Disable (if applicable).
