It is located 5 Km away from Karak city to the south of karak toll plaza, which is to the east of karak, in a beautiful, peaceful and pleasant environmental place called KDA township.&amp;amp;lt;/span&amp;amp;gt;&amp;amp;lt;/span&amp;amp;gt;&amp;amp;lt;/h3&amp;amp;gt; &amp;amp;lt;p&amp;amp;gt;&amp;amp;amp;nbsp;&amp;amp;lt;/p&amp;amp;gt; &amp;amp;lt;p&amp;amp;gt;&amp;amp;lt;span style=&amp;amp;quot;font-family:comic sans ms,cursive&amp;amp;quot;&amp;amp;gt;&amp;amp;lt;span style=&amp;amp;quot;font-size:14px&amp;amp;quot;&amp;amp;gt;On the frequent demand of karak gentry the provincial government decided to open a degree college for girls at the township in a beautiful and attractive building which was first named as female elementary college karak. Government Girls Degree College was started on 1&amp;amp;lt;sup&amp;amp;gt;st&amp;amp;lt;/sup&amp;amp;gt; September, 1999. To the north of the college is Indus Highway, to the south is District Hospital KDA, Karak.&amp;amp;lt;/span&amp;amp;gt;&amp;amp;lt;/span&amp;amp;gt;&amp;amp;lt;/p&amp;amp;gt; &amp;amp;lt;p&amp;amp;gt;&amp;amp;amp;nbsp;&amp;amp;lt;/p&amp;amp;gt; &amp;amp;lt;p&amp;amp;gt;&amp;amp;lt;span style=&amp;amp;quot;font-family:comic sans ms,cursive&amp;amp;quot;&amp;amp;gt;&amp;amp;lt;span style=&amp;amp;quot;font-size:14px&amp;amp;quot;&amp;amp;gt;In the college FA/F.Sc and BA/B.Sc classes are commenced. In 2006 B.Sc (Computer Science) was also offered. And by the struggle of college administration and education department, 21 staff members are teaching presently. The college is affiliated with BISE, Kohat at Inter level and at Degree level it is affiliated with Khushal Khan Khattak &amp;amp;amp;nbsp;University Karak. In the building of Government Girls Degree College Karak, apart from the academic block, Girls Hostel, Principal Banglow and class IV residential colony is also situated. By the grace of Allah, hard work of students and brilliant performance of the lecturers, graduates of the college are performing their duties on good posts, in the country and foreign. The students of this college have the honour of getting prominent positions in the Board/University Exams and in sports also.&amp;amp;lt;/span&amp;amp;gt;&amp;amp;lt;/span&amp;amp;gt;&amp;amp;lt;/p&amp;amp;gt;&amp;lt;/p&amp;gt;</p>
